Hopefullu dont ever need to use but serves purpose if need go

I've had this laptop for about a month now and it's been working great. I installed some programs to be used for 3d printing and the cricut. And still running well. Will update as the time.goes

They fixed my laptop even though it took long I still didn’t care because it was getting fixed and they also fixed the parts that I didn’t ask to be fixed

I had to hv my computer looked at and they were prompt getting it back to me.

I had an accident with the laptop yoga7i where the screen became detached and this guys managed to fix the laptop i thought i was going to see ever again. What would have been worse to lose a lot of money. Thank best buy and geeksquad

Worth every penny! If you buy a chromebook this is more than worth it. So far the little chromebook has not faired well even with only desk use but this warranty came in clutch for both repairs that needed to happen.

Was able to replace my laptop charger after it stopped working. Although they were unable to replace the part themselves, they were able to refund the cost of a replacement ordered through a third-party.

I mean - as long as the Geeks stay on top of your service requests especially when they have to send your device out to the manufacturer, THIS.IS. AWESOME. If you buy any tech from BB, especially high-value ones, just do it. You will not regret it. Stay on top of the Geeks - they're human so you will get mixed results when you have a service request. But the value of not having to repurchase an expensive device because you or someone else made a mistake, is priceless.

I need help keeping my new iPhone in perfect & usable condition. The GEEK Squad has given me fantastic service on my laptops and I know they will help with any problems I may have with new iPhone. They think outside the box and have been able to fix multiple problems with my laptop. I am comfortable with paying so much for the iPhone knowing that they will help me keep it in perfect condition.

This is my tweens first laptop. I love her dearly but she is kind of clumsy. Knowing we have insurance to protect her laptop from unforeseen circumstances and mechanical failure. You purchase this with hopes that you never have to use it but sometimes you just have to. That was my case with my Surface Notebook and this protection plan was THE BEST when it came time to use it! Geek Squad went above and beyond to fix my Notebook and when they could not the protection plan did exactly what it says it will do and they replaced it with a brand new one. Doesn’t get better than that!!
