Purchased this to cover my laptop. I broke the one I had previously and used this protection it allowed me to purchase another one covering the cost of a the previous device. I had to cover the price difference of the new device. Very worth getting

Bought computer during virtual learning, and there was an issue. Curbside pickup was streamlined and stress free. I need some service on the unit, and was able to easily find the purchase online as soon as I logged in

I had to replace my laptop 6 months after purchase. However, once my laptop was replaced, Best Buy canceled my 3 year plan, So, instead of honoring the remaining 2 1/2 years by applying it to the new replacement, if I still wanted coverage, I would have to now purchase the Totaltech plan. So, this means that if I get coverage for the new laptop, then in a 6 month span, I will have now basically purchased TWO plans for ONE laptop. This makes the Geek Squad plan worthless and costly, since the manufacturer's warranty would've covered the cost WITHOUT any additional coverage. Hopefully Best Best can make some adjustments to their replacement policy.

Having the kind of protection this plan offers is great insurance following the purchase of a high priced delicate piece of technology such as a computer or laptop or tablet. We have not yet had to use the plan, but when we do it is a good feeling to know we are covered.

If you have teen boys, this produced is a must to have. Hassel free replacement. We have two controllers replace with no questions asked and they always have your information on file unlike Walmart accidental protection.

I trust that if I have any problems In The future that that they will help me solve my computer problems.

Thank goodness for this protection plan. My Laptop just stop working and the Geek Squad got it working again and I didn't pay for any of the replacement parts. You never know when you are going to need the plan. So thankful I had it.
