Súper good device, used to play and do work on my College!!

When I told them I didn't need the membership because my company has IT and it's a company computer, they didn't seem to want to take no for an answer. They kept sending new people to talk to me about why the membership will save me money in the long run, so I agreed to it. I don't need it and wish I didn't agree to give them $200 for the membership. Then I just needed them to install the newest Windows update, they didn't tell me that would cost me another $100 and it took them 4 or so days to install a Windows update.

We always get the protection plan--helps out with things.

Geek squad protection is totally worth it!! Used it within the first 2 weeks when my screen got a bad crack in it and stopped working... was super convenient and practically fool proof process!

I prefer to keep my products protected and this is a good option.

Great having the Geek Squad there for any issues. I always think its best to get the protection plan on your items. Its well worth the money.

This plan was a lifesaver when my laptop suddenly stopped working. I was able to get it replaced with a new one rather than wait a month for Lenovo to replace it. Geek Squad even took the time to get my files off of the hard drive of the broken computer.

The 1 year Geek protection for the computer is good in case something happen within that time. I recommend to get to the protection for your computer.

This is a great and powerful 2-1 laptop that is very to use as a tablet. The pen works perfectly and that size of the screen makes it easy to carry and handle as a tablet. I recommend the product, I liked it so much that I bought another one for my other kid.

Great plan to have for your laptop. Didnt have to use it

I purchased this for a laptop, knowing that there were children who might cause "accidental drops and spills." I proved correct, and when I returned it to the store, they replaced it with no questions asked. I was able to get another laptop, which is all I ask from a service plan. I would recommend this to others.

Great service polite individuals and since I have recently purchased a new television I will save cover $200 in having them install it and move my old one to a new room. That alone has paid for the year of service. Plus my wife has had issues with her computer which were easily solved at the store for no charge.

Good nice customer service very friendly and attentive

I always have problems with my electronic devices and in the past never bought the extra protection bc always very weary of doing this however it has definitely given me a sense of security knowing that my product will be backed and protected. I would recommend doing this with any product that it is available for bc that sense of protection is invaluable.

Always but with all appliances and electronics. Ive had to use it once nad it paid off.
