I would recommend this Protection plan to anybody, it comes in handy when an accident happen. 6 months after I bought my daughter's laptop she dropped it and broke the thing to pieces. I called the Geek Squad, they came through for me. Now I have a brand new laptop. My daughter won't get it anymore lol.

You buy anything decently priced please get this! Best money spent. Bought alienware and would never not buy this protection. You just never know when you will need it and get at least two years bc a lot doesnt happen in first year sometimes

This is a great value add for most things that you purchase that has a chance of breaking within the first couple of years. Great peace of mind.

Small, but works great. My daughter loves it for her first gaming laptop. We got a gamig laptop because it fits the space we live it but it works great, and does everything she wants.

I can say I love your Geek squad warranty but only I had a incident when one of your techs came out to my location to fix my washer machine and broke it. He shook and bang it around and told him to stop it because he was going to break it and sure enough he did break it. I reported it and they replaced it with a new washer machine. It took a process to receive the new one but thank you geek squad for the replacement.

Haven’t had the chance to use it and hopefully will not have to. But I’ve had accidental protection for other devices and I always feel confident when I have this as added protection. Personally I feel it’s well worth the money if you made a big purchase.

I have had the computer for less then three months and the battery just depletes on Overwatch alone, cant even last one match without plugging it in so now i was able to get it all fixed and squarwd aqay !0

I've tried different services, including Apple service. Geek Squad service beats all of them hands down. The tech person can usually work on your device remotely. You can have the service for more than one device. The service includes 1 year accident protection. It's a great bargain!

This was definitely a no brainer to purchase this package. I definitely had no question on purchasing When I was told I could bring any of my electronics purchased or not purchased at Best Buy and it would be covered. Which also included phones. I highly recommend expired to anyone. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

I’m two years into the three year protection plan. The cord that came although my laptop continues to be extra sensitive and is being replaced a third time. It’s been worth the purchase.

Geek squad protection has saved me from expensive repairs and losses several times in the past. Be it Cracked screens, broken washing machine, laptop that quit working, the list goes on. I have not had to use this service and hope I don't. However, I have peace of mind in knowing that if I spill coffee on my keyboard, I can take it to the Geek Squad to repair my device. I buy this “just in case”, Never really thinking I would use it. But accidents happen in this year my cord got caught on a cabinet knob and yanked my laptop out of my hands and cracked the corner of my laptop. They could fix it and I was so surprised when I got a check for the whole amount.
