So far so good. Laptop came with problems and they helped us out.

Before purchasing I asked a bunch of my friends and they all told me it was worth it. I purchased it and I'm glad I did. I already came in once to get help with my initial setup for my new laptop.

I have not had to use this yet. I have Geek Squad coverage and I’ve had to use it a few times. The service was great. This accidental protection plan will cover anything that physically happens to my laptop

I wouldn't buy any electronic without having the piece of mind of a service protection. Best Buy flat out gets it right with the service plan they offer. It is no hassle and requires no drama. Have a problem, then just bring it back and get it replaced case closed.

I purchased the 3-year protection plan for my new ASUS laptop for peace of mind. If I have any issues, the repair is free and if it cannot be repaired, I'll get a brand new laptop. I believe that protections plans are very necessary for all electronics.

The greatest computer I have owned wouldn't ask for nothing better

I had to use protection plan and I was pleasantly surprised how quick the team worked to either get me a replacement or credit me so I could pick out a replacement. It was a quick swap out for a new one/replacement.

No hassle no struggle no debate I took my bose nc 700 ear phones back and they were replaced in no time great communication timely never expected a warranty to work so well

Geek Squad protection is fantastic, always have great support from geek squad and get my products repaired or replaced through them. They always work with you and I’m a clumsy person always breaking tech.

I will never buy a laptop without this protection plan. Has saved me many $ on repairs since laptops are not as durable as in the pas.

Purchased this along with my son's new laptop. He is very responsible, but life happens. I have found that protecting equipment for 3 years is very helpful for my children and myself. Saved thousands over the years.
