This is a great purchase. The 2-year accidental geek squad protection gives me a reassurance that if anything was to happen to my device I have this in place for me to be able to use. I love it!

I spilt honey ice tea all over my surface book 2 keyboard. I normally panic because that would mean I would have to buy another computer. But I was able to get my laptop sent out to get fixed.

So thankful to get GS assistance around the clock. I don't need to worry about any type of problem that may arise. Now I can just call in to get assistance from a qualified GS member. PROBLEM FIXED!!

Bought this coverage for my last computer. Gave the computer to my son and forgot about the coverage. Brought it in for repair, still under coverage, so we paid $0 for repair. You bet I bought the coverage again for my new computer. Best $$$ spent.
