This is a most have because I had 2 laptops since 2016 that kept causing problems and had spent a lot of money on repairs. I got fed up with laptops messing up every time so hopefully if my new laptop has issues it be within the extended warranty .

This is my first laptop purchase. I was happy with it, except the battery didn’t hold a charge very well, and somehow I lost my operating system (let someone borrow)and now waiting for it to be fixed. I am happy with my purchase. Just taking awhile for manufacturer to fix.

I got this computer months ago, no major issues yet, so no need for me to call Geek Squad for customer service. I’m sure that if it ever happens, though, they’ll be there to help me out.

Would rather have protection, then have an accident happen and not be covered.

Haven’t used it yet but just knowing that if anything were to happen it would be covered is nice to know
