I recommen everyone to use the Geek squad because it’s really helpful for your devices in case of accident

They basically recommended a upgrade..not much on this one.

Laptop stopped working after 1 month. Took it in store and it was shipped off. Didn’t even take 2 weeks to get replacement.

Great coverage when it was needed, however, did not need on this last purchase. I would recommend the two year instead of one year on the chromebooks.

Mounted TV’s and showed me how to work them. Didn’t use it at all after that though.

Good for things that are expected to last more than a year such as washer and dryer. Otherwise I'd just purchase 1yr and add more time at the end of year before instance expires.
