I loved the assistance that I received when I had to purchase a new Chromebook. They made me feel at ease and made every effort to guarantee my delivery in 2 business days. I have and will continue to purchase my devices from Best Buy.

I get the extended warranty with every laptop I purchase. As my computer is on the move constantly, damage has occurred, making this has a smart purchase. If my computer needs repair, it gets done or I get a new computer.

Geek squad is very good to use for ur protection on ur computer

Having the kind of protection this plan offers is great insurance following the purchase of a high priced delicate piece of technology such as a computer or laptop or tablet. We have not yet had to use the plan, but when we do it is a good feeling to know we are covered.

The extended warranty and service offered by Bestbuy has saved me on more than one occasion. If it can’t be fixed, you get a replacement or your money back.

My computer has been having some issues and I'm so happy I purchased the Geek Squad service. While sending a laptop out would take a few weeks too long at this point. I do plan on taking advantage of the service before the three years is up.

I have used Best Buy Geek service for many years. Every time I have been treated with professional levels of service and my computer problems have been resolved. If you are buying a new computer, I highly recommend that you purchase service from the Geek Squad.

I would recommend purchasing a protection plan when offered. You never know when issues will arise and it does save you money. I purchased the plan for my laptop and it saved me from having to buy another power cord.

Geeck squad is a must have when you have such expensive products that you never know when somthing might spill orthey might fall off the couch. Trust me i know. LoL

This plan is so affordable. I have not had to use it , so that’s a plus.

I always get the Best Buy warranty for expensive purchases. They honor what they say they are going to cover and as a matter of fact there have been quite a few instances that I had my products replaced with a NEW product instead of repairs (easier to replace than repair).

This has shown to be a great service to include with the purchase of my new laptop. I feel more secure about the purchase with it.

Have you geek squad in the past and had great experiences. They are friendly and knowledgeable.

So far I haven't had to contact the geek squad yet. I have used the geek squad in the past and they were always proficient and communicated so I could understand.

I don’t know how I got along before purchasing the Total Tech Plan. There is no problem too big or too small for them. They have fixed a faulty computer, initiated a new computer, fuxed our at-home appliances, and given us great advice every time.
