They are so helpful and knowledgeable about all of the questions I have when there seems to be a problem or I just need more information.

We haven't had to take advantage of the Geek Squad protection, because this computer is still working perfectly ... but we sleep better at night knowing we've got options.

My family members each have laptops or tablets from Best Buy, and Geek Squad protection for all of them. Free or cheap services, appointments can be a little booked out tho

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After about 6 months I experienced issues with my lap top pc so I brought it in to the Geek Squad. They were able to repair the system free of charge. The repair time was not bad at all.
