I have already used this product. I purchased it because my 9 year old son is well a 9 year old boy and prone to dropping or spilling stuff on his electronics. This is definately worth the purchase.

The agent helped me set up my HP laptop with my copy machine wireless. Before I was using the USB cord know all I do is turn on the copy machine and click print from the HP Laptop.

Accidental geek squad service has become an important add on for laptops. Will need to use it for an accidental spill we had. Good idea

I have looked and looked to see what I have included with this but it doesn't show in y purchases even though I did and the site says so when I view it on the page to buy it. This is technically a subscription so it should be in that section to be able to find and use easily when needed not have to jump through hoops to locate I did give 3 stars for past experience being good. If I could just upgrade this subscription somehow without having to pay for a whole new one which starts the date of purchase meaning I will end up paying twice for this section of the service I want. But if something does break or even a drink spilled on it it really is covered so great for that.

Don't buy anything without added protection electronics break down all the time

I purchased the 3-year protection plan for my new ASUS laptop for peace of mind. If I have any issues, the repair is free and if it cannot be repaired, I'll get a brand new laptop. I believe that protections plans are very necessary for all electronics.

I wouldn't buy any electronic without having the piece of mind of a service protection. Best Buy flat out gets it right with the service plan they offer. It is no hassle and requires no drama. Have a problem, then just bring it back and get it replaced case closed.

They Always Have A Million People A Day And Not Enough Staff But They Are The Best At What They Do.

Having 1-year Accidental Geek Squad Protection plan gives me peace of mind. I have it for my Asus Chromebook. I am very careful with my electronics but accidents do happen. Now I am covered.
