got this just in case the first year is rough; do not plan on using it but just in case, especially with the cost of the computer - though got it at an amazing sale price $1050; have always had great experience with geek squad and this protection service

Laptop is a great product that is priced perfectly for what it does. Laptop witks and functions as intended and is easy to use.

Purchases protection to for my laptop. I’m really hoping that if something happens to it for example if I drop it down it’ll be covered because that’s the main purpose behind me purchasing the warranty keep you posted

Someone knocked into our laptop and it fell. We thought it was okay until we turned it off later and noticed a crack on the screen. Fortunately we have the warranty on it and took it back to Best Buy Geek Squad. The timeframe they gave to have it fixed was right on the money and we have not had an issue with the laptop since.

Always provide exceptional service, hassle free. This was my thrid laptop purchase.

Of course I have to buy the warranty no one is perfect yep I spilled things all the time.

They are always there to answer any of my questions. Love that they are always available!

I got 3 years of protection on my computer in case of accidents and have been please the with the accommodations for my devices by geek squad. They have always been most helpful and provide great service.

As with any insurance deal, hopefully we will never have to exercise the policy, but is available if we do.
