I love that best buy offers protection plans for their products. Sometimes life happens and its always comforting to know that you are in good hands!

I had to use plan on refurbished item right away and it was a fairly process and worth the buy.

Tho I haven't had to use the Geek squad to come out for any laptop issues they have been out to install it as well as my television. They do a great job, are patient with questions and never have any problems after they leave.

The Geek Squad Protection is worth the money spend on computers. I have problems with my computer they can always fix it especially removal of virus and malware.

I got This for a couple of my purchases and it's always good to know I have this protection just in case of an accident.

Hopefully, I won't have to use it, Geek Squad give you piece of mind knowing if you have a mishap, they cover it.
