Tho I haven't had to use the Geek squad to come out for any laptop issues they have been out to install it as well as my television. They do a great job, are patient with questions and never have any problems after they leave.

I love how the Geek Squad can always help and I do not have to worry about anything happening to my devices

I have rarely had to use a protection plan but with things being made more cheaply it’s probably a good idea for expensive stuff
