Best warranty money can buy never have no problems

Every time I have had a problem with my computers Geek Squad has always been there for me. I highly recommend Geek Squad protection for all computers and electronics.

I didn’t need to have Geek Squad for anything, but glad I took the service none the less.

All I can say is that it's great to have this peace of mind! Excellent value!

Geek Squad protection on a Chrome book for a student is a good investment - they replaced a damaged Chromebook

Best for the protection needed. Already had to use, was easy to get our computer fixed and was done in a timely manner.

I signed up for the protection plan ($179) but shouldn’t have. When my covered laptop broke, I turned it into geek squad for repairs only for them to charge me an additional $49 to tell me they couldn’t fix it! They did give me a giftcard for the value of the laptop but between the planner and repair fee that cost me almost the same amount, so it was pretty much a wash. I am very disappointed and feel lied to about what the protection plan covers.

Agents were able to diagnose my problem with laptop and got it repaired

you always need protection on your electronics, don't be an idiot to say I don't need it b/c it helped to replace my laptop motherboard and another component.

I have had several contacts with Geek SQUAD with other items I have purchased and they were very helpful in solving the problem.

I bought this for a computer 5 months ago & it had several problems & couldn't be fixed. Refunded me with gift cards to buy another one.
