geek squad protection is literally one of the best things in purchasing any electronics. any issues and im guaranteed to get it fixed

Bought a laptop for my son and purchased the 1-Year protection plan as my son has a history of accidently damaging his technology. I haven't hade a need to use this yet but I'm glad the option is available.

When you buy anything over $1000 dollars and you are likely to carry it around with increased exposure to accidents and heavy shaking that is likely to jog something loose, onsider protection plan. It just saves a lot of aggravation given the high probability of an issue developing with 18 months. I historically did not buy protection plans but I have changed my mind when its a electronic that will be carried around. I still do not buy protection p lans for fridge and washers which are not moved as often.

Just keeping extra insurance is case of an accident. Knowing that the Geek Squad is there if needed is reassuring.
