Must have protection you never know what will happen and Best Buy is always there to help

Never really get protection plans anywhere else but highly recommend for your Best Buy purchases.

This gives a wide range of coverage including accidental which covers everything that could go wrong or happen

Thank God I have not had to use this service as of yet thank God I have an in place just in case

I bought another laptop, and had it about 6 months or so. I closed the lid and next day it had a 1 inch black line on The right hand side of the computer. Due to coded I wasn't allowed to bring it in right away. They sent off my laptop to be repaired. 2 weeks later found out that it could not be repaired. They did give me full price for the laptop however I still had to buy a new 3 year warranty. I was bummed about that. So it's just an OK coverage.

Haven't had to use it yet but it Helps replace if spill or black screen

guess the sales person lied ( big shock). bought the 4 year and brought in laptop because the speakers stopped working they need to ship it out it will take three weeks. will not ship back to my kid at school after repairs asked to just refund me for the protection plan and ill keep the laptop
