I have always had great services with Geek Squad. They are amazing and very helpful.

When something breaks or needs service, Geeks are there!

Computer would not power on, not even 1 month out of the box. Have the Extended Warranty, took it back to a "local" (not by my home) BB. They said they have to return it to ASUS, it should be 2-3 weeks. A MONTH later, get the computer back, no charger. Called ASUS. Literally told me, "someone will email you in 4 days". That is UNACCEPTABLE for a 3K laptop ALREADY in for warranty work. On the phone with BB, the FIRST rep tried to help, but she couldn't get the store on the line, AND they don't even sell a compatible charger. Transferred to 2nd rep, told me to do a 3 hour drive back to the store (me thinking: "Are you mad, lady"). Transferred to another rep, can't do anything to help. Transferred to a 4th rep, guy also can't compensate. I'll never buy another ASUS again, and to BB..., I was only buying from you for one and ONE reason alone (Reward Points), now that's not even worth it (after another SILLY issue with a Car Audio Install). You've lost a customer permanently. Just a bunch of BAD... All around..

For sure will get it again when need it, helps a lot to have it protected.

Always have to get the protection plan. Good to have. Has came in handy for me in the past.

Product was purchased for children so definitely good to add protection

Took a while to get my electronic back but it was great!!!! It was fixed, no questions asked!

Like the fact that I can buy a laptop and also buy a warranty that covers my computer entirely. If it can't be fixed, it is replaced.

Never had to use this but from my experience i had no problem with insurance claim

I have been using Best Buy for purchases for many years now. The geek squad has been a tremendous asset.

Service was good didn't renew it because for me it was to pricey but i recommended it

You need a protection plan, to protect your device. By accident, or something else that might happen to you, or someone might be careful.

The Geek Squad Protection plan is well worth it. They are always there to help when you need them.

....never go wrong when accidents happen all the time!
