OK I love the geek squad. They are worth every penny. I purchased the service because my son breaks everything. He’s 12 or he loses it. I had to use the geek squad to restore his iPhone because he changed his password and forgot it. They were able to help me as soon as I walked in and they solve the problem while I waited. Then I had to have AirPods replaced, that was also super efficient and everyone was very friendly. Thanks geek squad.

I always buy my laptops at Best Buy. Part of the reason for that is because of the available warranty. I travel all the time for business and need a warranty that is good at any Best Buy. I have had to use these warranties before and have never had a problem having them honored. I would not buy a computer without one!

I am so glad I chose this laptop. Not only because it is portable, its speed is incredible. I use it for school and I do a lot of downloads and heavy assignments.

Funny how you wish you don't have to use this, and usually don't need it, but when you do? Suddenly it's a great value. Anyway. Glad I bought it, but I hope I don't need it.

I've needed the GeekSquad protection plan twice for two high-value items. It was a lifesaver to have as I was refunded via a gift card and was able to replace both items. The process was smooth, quick and the technicians were incredibly helpful!

The Geek Squad protection program is one of the best protection plans I have ever purchased. My computer was damaged, I brought it in my Chromebook and they assisted me with no issues. My computer ended up being lost when shipped back after repair. They made sure to help me get a replacement and showed a lot of empathy. I will always purchase a Geek Squad protection plan.
