Great service! I had just bought a new device and within a bought a week of use it stopped working. apart from some confusion in communication at one point, the service was great. My computer was returned and was working again with no issues. All the personnel that I interacted with were friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

So far the folks at Geek Squad have been great. Now I’m about to find out how good the actual warranty is because the refurbished aka Re-BSed computer keeps breaking down and I’ve only had it since late July.

The reassurance you get for a replacement plan is simply unmatched with Best Buy and their large range of support across America. The competition hardly compares with GeekSquad!

Support is awful. My laptop was not delivered to my apartment and best buy was 0 help. Now I am out $1250 and don’t have a laptop. I was emailed that I’d be refunded then after the fact they say I’m not. Will never buy anything here again.

I have never regretted geek squad coverage. My kids break laptops regularly and this is the only plan I would ever get.

This is an essential service, if you are a computer hardware person if you are a layman. Get this. If there’s a problem they will fix it or replace it.

I ordered an open Box EXCELLENT conditions option, however it came with multiple scratches, dent, and even the screen with a noticeable line across the screen. On top of delays receiving this laptop due to ups and poor customer service. I have previously purchased another excellent condition open box and it was like new / I’m pretty sure they grabbed a fair condition used laptop and sent this one. Best Buy is disappointing.

I love Geek squad they’re very talented and knowledgeable employees. I’ve been thinking about upgrading my memory storage on my laptop and bringing it to them. Also gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing they can help me out with any issue I have if I need them.

Couldn't be more pleased with our experience with the protection plan. We had a drop incident that caused some damage. The Geek Squad team sent it to the repair center, and they fixed it like new. The repairs were extensive, and exceeded my expectations. Life happens, and the protection plan is highly recommended to keep your devices in top working order.

This Laptop was purchased due to COVID-19 home school program. The Geek Squad received the laptop in store, diagnosed the physical issue, created a work order, and explained how the repair would be handled out side of the store due to COVID. Received text messages through out the product repairs and return process. A simple pick up was scheduled and affirmation of continued warranty was affirmed and we we out the door and back to Learning. #monkihausstudioshdx (TM)

this have been one of my better purchases I have been very pleased these past 2 years. downfall, I am in need of a tune up desperately ,as my compute is {as my 15 year old pits it} "laggy". Other than that the touch screen has a slight crack but with the 3yr geek protection, I have no problem getting that fixed quick!!! lastly, im a\stll onfused with there is no disk drive but I'm sure my son with help me understand!!

Definitely need to have this to my product and would like to buy in the future

I purchased a Lenovo laptop at Best Buy three years ago and it has been great buy recently it got a lot slower. I had not purchased any protection plan at that time so when I took it into Best Buy for help, the Geek Squad agent, Chance, explained the Geek Squad protection plan to me and it sounded like a real good deal to me so I purchased the one year plan. I am so glad I did and the Geek Squad was able to get my laptop into great shape! Thanks for your help!

I purchased a new laptop from Best Buy and accidental/extendeded waranty because i have purchased 4 or 5 reconditioned laptops in the past few years and was advised to do as I did and I AM STILL GOING TO HAVE TO SEND IN MY BRAND NEW DELL IN TO BE REPAIRED AND BE WITHOUT IT FOR 2 TO 3 WEEKS! I am so extremely disapointed that i am dealing with this, considering when i discussed the extra 120 dollars i payed ditectly to best buy only because i was told it would never have to be sent out! I was considering whether to purchase the dell or the geek squad becuase the guy blaitantlg lies to me about multiple aspects of this laptop! The otignial price for this machine is more than my car is worth! Im a midle aged widow single mom taking care of my husbands mom!I am not who has money to buy another laptop because it broke the bank to spend this 600 dollars on the clearance laptop! It was on clearance and open box, and originalt price being over 1100 dollars and came with no charger, which is ridiculous to tell a customer that "its an opeĺn box so if it does not come with one i had to buy one. Furthermore the keys stick from day on and now some keys do not work and it needs to be sent out to be repaired. The geek squad associate that looked at the laptop wjen i brought it to be diagnosed to however, was very nice and seemed to be compident but i am wishing i would have know this beriee any if this because i would have never .

Every kid in school has to have one. This was an inexpensive option and gets the job done. Im sure we will be buying more since they break easily. But that's all of them. If you want an inexpensive but functional chromebook try this one.
