If you travel with your laptop you never know when it is going to cause problems. A small biz person has to rely on their laptop. This is the third Surface I have owned.

We definitely all thought the computer was fried! Geek Squad helped me get the computer up and running. I'm hoping that together we can keep it running another year!

Also, for some home appliances. The plans are well worth it. Our local Geek Squad reps have been pretty responsive any time we've had issues. It seems stuff doesn't hold up as well as it used to, so we've gotten our money's worth from these plans.
