Purchasing the 3-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection plan give me an ease of mind just in case the computer malfunctions. It is also a great deal!

love the 2 yr protection. Made it easy to take in computer for two specific issues and get them solved Previous computer crashed and was able to exchange its purchase price toward my current computer

I haven't had to use to use my protection plan yet, however, it seems to be very comprehensive which is always reassuring when you are trying to protect such an expensive product as a laptop. I will say that it is a bit pricey, so this will certainly jack up the price of your product purchase if you are buying the product and protection plan together. Overall though, it is well worth the buy.

I love the geek squad service protection, it is well worth the cost. I have had several items that had to be repaired or replaced and it worked out. The service I have received has been done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.

I thankfully haven't had to use the Geek Squad for my products as they have held up very well. However, I like the comfort of knowing I can bring my devices to the Geek squad.

There is nothing better than price of mind. Just buy the protection. It's cheaper than any possible repair and covers accidental damage which is a must have for kids tech.

Geek Squad protection plan is great. I bought it after having trouble with my computer at the suggestion of the Geek Squad employee. I think his name was Matthew. He got it for me and fixed what was wrong with my computer. It is a great deal as it applies to all my computers and my phone. I got great service.

The geek squad was very polite and professional and made it easy to follow instructions for what I needed. I was having a hard time downloading the antivirus and they gave me step by step how to do it.

When I told them I didn't need the membership because my company has IT and it's a company computer, they didn't seem to want to take no for an answer. They kept sending new people to talk to me about why the membership will save me money in the long run, so I agreed to it. I don't need it and wish I didn't agree to give them $200 for the membership. Then I just needed them to install the newest Windows update, they didn't tell me that would cost me another $100 and it took them 4 or so days to install a Windows update.

Honestly, this is the first time ever I can say that an extra warranty service plan was worth every penny! Thanks Geek squad for getting my my laptop baby back to working.

It's a great help especially for someone like me who knows little about technology. A great help for when a laptop or other devices need a bit of technical help to work properly.

Have not used yet. Heard they were really helpful. My dad used them all the time and they were always considerate of his age of 90 at the time.

I'll hopefully won't have to use it anytime soon, but they were always very helpful in the past and did what they could to solve our problem(s).

Granddaughter still in High school with crazy kids that like to have fun. Bought accidental protection just in case the chrome book was the target of fun.

One of the reasons we buy at Best Buy is because of Geek Squad protection. Understanding what it covers based on what you buy is very important. Laptops can be very expensive and accidents do happen, why not protect such a high value purchase. Just like buying a car or home, some type of insurance is important.
