It only makes sense to cover our student’s new laptop with a warranty. We don’t anticipate any issues but can rest easy knowing if anything happens, we’ll be able to get it addressed.

Buy something nice, you need to protect it. A bit expensive, but can be worth it with a disaster, like a dropped laptop

The agents removed my old units and installed the new with professional excellence. They were incredible and couldn’t have done a better job. These folks represent Best Buy in a great way.

The Geek Squad Accidental Protection even protects against dropping and fluid spills, which are my two greatest risks. It is well worth the extra protection at a minimal extra expense

I bought an expensive laptop and it works good. I also bought the 2 year Geek Squad plan. Then I lost my charger. I was told by Best Buy that they would not replace it. It would've been nice if Best Buy would have replaced the charger. They should offer to replace the chargers at least once. The laptop cost $2,000 with the Geek Squad plan.

Purchased this accidental subscription August 2020. This subscription is the best that I have experienced for accident protection college course work and gaming products.

So far so good, will have to wait until I break something.

Never know what can happen to your laptop around kids. Haven't had to use it yet
