These warranty really does come in handy if anything were to ever happen to your laptop, havent used it on my new laptop but I have used it before on a different product and they gave me a replacement.

The product is very good with speed overall a great laptop

This is a great to have when you buy a computer for your child. If anything happen you can always take it back to the store to see if it can be fix my someone from the Geek Squad.

I have used them before. For the most part they are pretty good, but some of the people they send out to the house are rude and unfriendly.

Bought as a backup in case I run into issues with our new laptop… I did not.

Geek Squad covered both my computer and laptop and I'm very satisfied with their service. Since my computer skills are ok but not excellent they were very patient in answering my questions.

Any time we have a problem with our computer Geek Squad is there to hep. We take our computer in to Best Buy or in some cases they can help us here at home without taking it in. Thank you Geek Squad!

I think Geek Squad is GREAT! I usually get some type of protection plan through them when I purchase a new item. Things are not built like they use to be.

I do not right now have insurance for the computer

I always buy the Best Buy warranty, their warranty is the best investment you can buy so you don’t spend unnecessary money in buying the same item if it breaks or no longer works.

Then from 2 years to 3 years I bought I love the attention n they're right there when I need them I'd buy the 100 year if they had one Great to have this I recommend this 100%

Brought the geek squad just in case my teenager damage the Chromebook.

I have not had a chance to use this yet but if something happens to my grandsons laptop I’m sure it will come in handy.

You should always have protection for your electronics especially laptops and computers. This was purchased for my daughter's laptop nice to have the backup.

Quick and easy, they answer your questions and you can continue on with your day. I spilled water on my laptop and brought it in without having to deal with to much paperwork or excuses.

Great to have professional computer geeks at the store to assist with purchase. They know all the bells and whistles to help you choose what is right for your needs!
