I have the protection and THANKFULLY (knocking on wood) I havent had to use it, but I am so glad I have it. My brother says it is well worth it.

I was fortunate enough to not have to use this but it sure was a great peace of mind to have it in case something did happen.

Definitely worth the money. I recommend that you purchase if you are getting a laptop or something.

I highly recommend getting the extra protection for electronic products. It covers what the manufacturer will not. A small price for piece of mind.

Service is great and fast. They were very helpful. I was in and out of there.

Any time you purchase an electronic device you should also purchase a warranty coverage.

I purchased this when I purchased my laptop thinking I was covered if I needed assistance with anything. Boy was I wrong. I purchased dual screens to connect to the laptop and kept getting a "no power" message. I took the dual monitors and the laptop in to get assistance just to make sure it wasn't the laptop which I JUST purchased from them and was told I had to pay $40.00 for them to help me. Long story short, I was told that what I paid for only covered things such as the laptop not working, damaged etc. and even then, if it had to be sent out, it could take weeks to get it back. The technician still tried to help but his attitude said he didn't want to. Then he suggested that I purchase a power block with at least 40 watts, I purchased a power block at 60 watts and still have no resolution. I'm considering cancelling, it's just not worth it if I can't get simple assistance.

Don't know what I would have done without it. My 1st to Asus broke. Geek squad made everthing ok and I now have a new Dell computer. Thanks geek squad

Good for peace of mind, if rather expensive. I have had a laptop begin to have display issues in the past and brought it in 3 times at which point they gave me credit for the initial cost of the laptop.

This is a must have with any significant computer purchase. Geek squad always comes through!

Best buy protection plans are the best. You can't go wrong with there plans at all. Especially there accidental plan.

This is great for protect the laptop in case something happen like screen broked, conector or something wrong.

Program lets you take in any computer you own, no matter how old, for basic services such as viruses etc.
