It was super easy to fix my computer situation at first they tried to save my actual computer but once they realized that wasn't an option I relatively easy was able to just repurchase the same naked model I owned for it was in stock

Bought this protection plan for a laptop. Chances of me actually needing it is slim, but we have kids so expect the unexpected. Bought it mainly for pixels blowing out, screen cracking, and/or water damage. (Hopefully not a trifecta of all of the above.)

This protection is worth the money and the geek squad are always willing to help problem shoot or offer advice on helping to solve a problem and fully find some sort of solution. I recommend purchasing it to protect your product

Bought an open box Laptop for a great deal so I took out the protection just in case.

Haven't needed it yet but sure feels good knowing I have it.

Whenever I purchase something, especially electronic, I like to make sure I add this Geek Squad service and protection plan. They have always helped when any problem I may have. Always professional and keep you updated as well.

Great value and customer service only thing i don't like is they making me pay for another protection plan after my device got damaged I mean if you pay for a two year protection its should be protected for two years

Love Geek Squad. I will buy anything I can through Best Buy as well as the extra protection. This protection not only covers defects in the hardware, but if I accidentally damage my item.
