I've been in Information Technology for 20+ years. I know quite a few things but technology keeps advancing. I also know I have not seen in all of what can go wrong. Comforting to know I have someone I can go to on my new laptop when needed.

I went to you're store and got a one year protection plan at the geek squad But the Reason why I did that I was having problems with my computer And needed a power cord So they told me it was going to be mail to me on September 2 and I haven't got it yet

You can't go wrong with geek squad protection. When it comes to electronics you never know when something can go wrong so I gotta have my geek squad protection.

These guys really know their stuff! Within 15 minutes, he isolated my tech issue, and advised me accordingly. Super happy!

Hopefully you never need to use it. But it's good to have. The downer is that you'll have to go without the device while it is being serviced. Most of the time the repairs are adequate. Getting an appointment for a GS visit at the store is a pain.

I always get this when I get an item here. I never regret. They are always helpful.

This service is well worth the price. My computer could not be repaired and I waw given store credit equal to the amount of the purchased computer.

The comprehensive protection plan is well worth the peace of mind it provides. While I honestly hope to never use it, I am certainly glad it is available and provides such excellent coverage.

Purchased this accidental subscription August 2020. This subscription is the best that I have experienced for accident protection college course work and gaming products.

Great laptop, easy to set up, actually quite surprised at how quite it was. Nice little extras, like the fingerprint id. Would recommend this laptop, great price for mid range laptop!

Geek Squad has saved me many times when I have problems. The total tech package is a great value. I can't imagine not having the protections this offers.
