My lab top broke and it was replaced for value that was paid. If the floor value is more than what you paid then they just give you back what you paid.

it has a 8gb ram soddered on which really sucks. That is the main and only bad thing I can see if the one I received. Which they didn't sodered the rams on. That way you can get higher dual channel rams

There is not a significant purchase that I will turn down an extended protection from Best Buy. They stand behind my purchases and provide "peace of mind" dealing with an accidental situation.

Within 30 days of purchase my college student spilled water in her backpack and fried the laptop. She took it to Best Buy and within one week Best Buy replaced the laptop with the identical product. A real lifesaver for my college freshman!

would not go without having geek squad service on my laptop at all. IF there are problems just go to website and live chat with someone who can remote over and help fix the situation
