So far Geek Squad has great service. I do prefer to go in the store to talk to a Geek Squad personal, not over the phone.

So far so good. I've used the geek squad service plan for other laptops and have been satisfied so far.

If you have teenagers, or accident prone, this is a MUST HAVE!! They have always done good work! Cheaper than replacing

Beware of these geek squad guys telling you to use the warranty when the insurance covers nearly everything.

no reason not to get this if you are buying a laptop, accidents happen. good service and chances are you have a local best buy, better than an online service that you might have to send your computer out

Thank GOODNESS I bought this when I purchased my computer! Had to use it to replace a cracked screen! :) Geek squad got it replaced in no time.. no problems!

I haven't had to use it yet, but it's good to know I have it for when I do. I like the convenience of having things fixed locally instead of shipping them out.

Big believer in you get what you pay for. Always worth having extra protection should something so wrong.

This protection plan is always a good idea for computers, and easy to use. I've never had issues with getting problems fixed.
