Great protection to have, to go with my new computer!

wish i would of gotten the 2 year contract. It fixed my computer every time my child knocked it off the table...or it got dropped.

Ive had a great experience with best buy warranty in the past, 2 years on a very expensive high end product is usually a no brainer

If it's something you don't expect to replace within 2 years, e.g. computer, I would say it's worth it. Gives you the comfort of mind.

Although I've never used this support on the product I purchased yet, I've used Geek Squad for support on many other items and it's well worth to have this support.

I always like to purchase a warranty with my items comes in handy if you like your products send you more money and we purchasing it over again you are paying someone else to fix it without the warranty

I purchased a 2 year warranty for my laptop. They are always very friendly and helpful whenever I need help.

If you get something that's as expensive as the surface with the possibility that you could drop it, something inside could go wrong or the battery could fail you want a warranty for protection.

Have not had to use it yet but have heard great things about Geek Squad service. They have a great reputation locally Hopefully will never have to use it
