I bought geek squad protection, but thankfully did not get to use it. I have peace of mind thinking that if anything happens, I have geek squad to take care of it.

Of course we love Geek Squad and they're gonna protect my computer against anything and everything and hes not even spill something love love love this

It'a reasuring to know you have help in case your devices break down or you need to install something that you don't feel comfortable installing on your own.

Geek Squad is always helpful. They go above and beyond. The definitely add value to the purchases you make at Best Buy. I would recommend them to anyone.

I got this protection plan for a gift I got for a family member. I hope that don't have to use it but better safe than sorry.

BB has been good to work with. We have had issues with the laptops we have purchased but we have been satisfied with the resolutions.

I have not needed to use Geek Squad services with my current laptop, but I have received excellent value in the past by getting a free replacement of a laptop that died in just a few months.

Purchased this laptop for my son entering freshman yr in college, he loves it, everything he needs from fast processor to long lasting battery pack.

I signed up for the protection plan ($179) but shouldn’t have. When my covered laptop broke, I turned it into geek squad for repairs only for them to charge me an additional $49 to tell me they couldn’t fix it! They did give me a giftcard for the value of the laptop but between the planner and repair fee that cost me almost the same amount, so it was pretty much a wash. I am very disappointed and feel lied to about what the protection plan covers.

Highly recommend having this coverage. Well worth it, because I had to use it before and was able to get a better replacement.

Computers seldom ever have mechanical problems for a while, but an accident can happen at any time. It's nice to have 2 years to not worry about it.

Purchased to go along with a laptop that was purchased for a teenager. Need I say more. Just extra protection. Have other items that have or have had protections plans. Never had an issue with them.

This is the best investment I have made relative to computers and products.
