    I dropped my last lap top and messed up mu usb ports. If I had this protection I could have gotten it repaired.

    Need a zero star. So this protection will not cover issues related to inaccessible BIOS. I have a 3month old faulty ASUS laptop that would only display the logo on power up and this plan does not cover that. Geek squad claims its a software issue and requires $100 to diagnose the issue and potentially another $250 payment to fix whatever they find. Buy this plan at your own risk!
