Best purchased. Had problem with beats and had to take them in to get replaced.

Difficult to get on the phone to set appts with, or discuss laptop repair status or options. This is based on another laptop I have in repair now under extended warranty. It has been over a month to try to get this resolved. My son needed a laptop for school, I therefore purchased another laptop. I have been told if it is repairable they will fix, if not get a store credit; based on accidental damage coverage.

Something to fall back on in case anything happens.

Geek squad is always the way to go for protecting your electronics.

I take my stuff in & its taken care of. Stress relieved.

I just like the fact of having a protection plan for security purposes.
