This laptop is capable of gaming at a very high performance. I bought this when it was on sale for a really great price and I never looked back. Highly recommend for a budget friendly gaming laptop. Only reason it’s a 4/5 and not 5/5 is that it doesn’t have a number pad. But Microsoft sells a wireless one that made up for it.

I always get protection as a precaution for my children.

The Geek Squad service provides a level of protection that I cannot imagine being without. Life's unexpected disasters, whether large or small, can be disruptive. I’ve purchased this protection just in case something goes awry. Lo and behold I had to take my laptop in. I made an appointment online, although it was not as soon as I wanted it to be. However, when the time my appointment arrived, I was promptly received. The Geek Squad techs were professional, friendly, and informative.

I had a computer that went out and they gave me a gift card for the value. Sometim s geek squad can't do much which can be frustrating and they say things aren't covered or I have to pay for them just to ship it after I paid for the service.

Staff was amazing with there recommendations for my new laptop

The sale clerk was not pushy. The sales clerk was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I always have problems with my electronic devices and in the past never bought the extra protection bc always very weary of doing this however it has definitely given me a sense of security knowing that my product will be backed and protected. I would recommend doing this with any product that it is available for bc that sense of protection is invaluable.

I purchased all my computers, tablets, printers and supplies I need from Best Buy and have never had any trouble with them. The Geek Squad is the best. Have always helped me with my problems and have never had anyone of them give me trouble. Always explain everything for me to understand.

Bought the plan for this computer as the last Lenovo packed up 17 days after I had bought it and had to replace it. Best Buy normally only allows returns during the first 14 days and said we would have to send the laptop back to Lenovo to have her fixed. Hope I don't have to use the service but have it if I do
