I typically do not purchase a warranty on devices but this was a great value and they will fix essentially anything that can happen to my laptop. It worths the cost!

I'm giving this a five star review so far, and I'm hoping I never have to change it. I'm hoping it was an unnecessary purchase. Just like all insurance policies - you hope you never need to use them, and if you do, you hope they do a good job.

I am very happy I can receive help when I need it for my new laptop. Makes me feel great to know I can turn to them for assistance I haven't had to use it yet back glad I have the protection

No questions asked coverage, even if device damage was caused by you in an accidental fashion (e.g. dropping device). Friendly & helpful too!

This was purchased on the replacement laptop after my daughter spilled water in her keyboard and the computer failed. We had it on that laptop and it was replaced with a new one. Have to have this!
