Definatly recommened getting the extra plan you never know

Worth it! No hassle, the squad is nice and uses terminology at my level.

The warranty service plan has been so helpful.I know if anything happens I can trust geek squad will take care of it for me in no time.

Good to have but total tech is a better value. I have the total tech and have used it several times to clean up several computer’s for remote learning

I recommend always buying the Geek Squad protection just in case. The manufacturer warranty only covers defects and this protection covers everything unless I take it for a swim. It is well worth the cost.

I always like to purchase a warranty with my items comes in handy if you like your products send you more money and we purchasing it over again you are paying someone else to fix it without the warranty

I have not needed to use Geek Squad services with my current laptop, but I have received excellent value in the past by getting a free replacement of a laptop that died in just a few months.

Hope I never need to use it but it is a great and safe purchase - I consider it a reasonably priced cushion of security just in case I need it!

Had a chrome book hinge snap and crack our a screen after 1 year. Got a full replacement from it, so of course on the replacement we got warranty.

Extended warranties make sense for our business and we have had several occasions to use them. Overall, the Geek Squad has been a pleasure to work with.

Got open box computer & was in amazing condition. Came in within less than 2 days.

I have not had to use the protection plan yet, and hopefully will not have to. It will be nice though if it is needed.
