Got open box computer & was in amazing condition. Came in within less than 2 days.

We have three children in our home. The youngest is four going on five years old so it was a no brainer to get this accidental warranty.

I have not had to use the protection plan yet, and hopefully will not have to. It will be nice though if it is needed.

i would recommend to buy the protection plan every time. accidents happen and that's why its great to be prepared

It is always great to be covered for anything that might happen to your purchases so this is a good way to be protected.

Never thought that this would be worth the money until water got into my laptop and could not be fixed. This protection plan was worth the expense.

Buying a computer from best buy is great way to get squad protection. Anything goes wrong with computer they are there to help getting it running again.

Please what ever you do , dont for get to get the geek service contract for you valuable purchases. They stand by contract.

It's always a good idea to buy a protection plan. this plan has came in handy when I've needed It the most. Geek Squad has help me out with a lot!

Great product to have, especially when you have kids that tend to be a little rough with things.

The option to have your gadget looked at incase of any unfortunate accidents is very much handy. The price though can be decreased as it seems a bit expensive and also the collaboration of geek squad with different companies to provide an extra year of warranty apart from the manufacturers warranty would be greatly appreciated. For example, i bought an ASUS laptop which already comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty, incase i want a geeksquad protection it's best if I could avail it after that 1 year ends rather than during the same time my manufacturer's warranty is present.

They really helped me. My computer broke and I didn't have the protection plan and I hadn't had the computer for a month and they added the plan and fixes my computer in a week. Great services.

I love that if its dropped and breaks, I can get a new laptop, I mean, it's a laptop...the possibility that it falls off your lap is alot more than a desktop falling off your desk...lol

As a homeowner, it is good to have this kind of help when a problem arises with my computer.
