Glad i purchased Geek squad protection. It will make my Laptop computer experience even more profound. When the Customer Service associate offered it to me i immediately grabbed it. I was happy to have Geek Squad protection after he explained to me the importance of having it. He also explained to me how easy it was to bring in my new Laptop if needed. This is a great Service that helps you with any troubles that you may inquire. I also have two children that get a hold of everything so I was able to get the two-year warranty on my computer and if anything goes wrong, they will repair it for me at no cost. I would highly recommend this.

What I like about the geek squad is that it is super easy to install and fast, they help you with many things and it takes away one more worry if something breaks down.

I purchased the geek squad protection for my dad's laptop, and although we have not used it, I purchased it for this simply reason that I have always gotten it when I bought a camera and anytime there was an issue they helped resolve it.

Who can ever predict what can happen when you are using your computer in several different settings? I never imagined that the accident that rendered my computer inoperable and unrepairable would happen, but when it did, not only did I have the assurance that the computer would be repaired if it could by the highest level of repairmanship, but that it would be replaced if for some reason it was unrepairable.

That’s a good price for protection and a great laptop!

I purchased the service to go along with anything if my granddaughter had problems with either setting up the computer or if something goes wrong I think it was something that everyone should consider when purchasing An electronic.

I purchased a laptop which i am glad i purchased this protect plan with my purchase. I wasn't stressed or overall with the laptop once it's was damaged. I was notified through the process for the repair. the laptop wasn't going to be repaired unfortunately but i did receive a store gift card with my refund for the laptop and protection plan . Overall good buy i recommend always purchase a plan just in case
