Geek Squad is the best. No hassle warranty. I like the convenience of making an appointment instead of trying to be the first one in line.

I havent had to use this feature yet, but i am glad i purchased this for an extra ease of mind.

I can use my computer and not worry about dropping it, spilling on it or traveling with it. Chances are if you buy the two-year accidental plan you'll never need to use it. But if you don't buy it you will have an accident with your computer just plan on it! I've never regretted buying the 2 yr plan and it's renewable!

When I purchase a product, I read the reviews to see how it holds up. If there are any problems indicated with the product, I buy the protection plan thru the Geek Squad. So far, I am been very lucky and have not had to use it, but it is there if I need to use it.

The geek squad protection plan is a good purchase to cover and problem which could occur. Without it, the cost of repair or replacement could cost more than the protection plan.

Laptop has been very reliable and useful for my needs. Recommend for the folks how don’t need a lot but just enough when it comes to having a laptop.

Hopefully, I’ll never need this but the plan is diverse in its protections, especially for laptops that will be moved around a lot.

I have geek squad service on every device and appliance I have purchased. While no one wants to have to use it, when you need it, you'll be glad you have it. They come right out to your home!

Expensive protection needed for non technical types who don't have light touch with electronic equipment. Long term college protection planning. Doesn't cover software only hardware physical damage. Doesn't carry over to new computer even with two years left on the plan after older computer couldn't be repaired, sucks

I'm glad I got the warranty since I'm clumsy and a lot of drops and skills occur at home lol and with the warranty the laptop gets replaced for free as long as you can give it to them and they can't fix it, or they'll fix it for you

So glad I purchased as I had a small battery issue and they corrected it quickly. I always purchase warranty as I like knowing I’m covered just in case.

Ended up returning, but would recommend if you want peace of mind.

Best Investment ever! Spilled tea over my computer and they were able to refund the full amount the computer ( I actually bought it on sale and they refunded the full non-sale amount since it was no longer on sale) Can't recommend this enough!
