Let's see how it goes. I have zero display, so could not complete required tasks for this visit. Will they just wipe my system without a care in the world, or will they take care like this was their grannies and make sure nothing is lost.

Was asvised on the protection plan and was well informed of the service. My spouse will be using it for college and woth the kids running around never know what could happen. So appreciate the sales rep knowledge they shared with us when making the purchase.

I am so very glad that I purchased this Geek Squad Service. I've already had cause to call in for assistance 3 times since I purchased it after buying my new home and moving here to Missouri from Texas about 5 months ago. I was diagnosed with cancer nearly 5 yrs. ago and was then turned over to hospice and not expected to live. All of the Radiation caused nerve damage and I lost most of the use of one hand and part of the other. The Chemo triggered a horrible form of dementia. After being miraculously healed of Cancer and released from Hospice all of the rest really put me behind as I muddled my way out of the dementia. It's been such a long journey, so when I get a bit confused and simply pick up the phone to call for help figuring things out from the Geek Squad it truly has been a life saver for me. I added this Geek Squad service for my daughter's laptop computer. I think it is the best choice to have it protected.

Thankfully have not had to use this, and hope never to. 4 stars because I can't honestly say what the customer service is like.

If any damages come along the way, I have three years on this protection plan to get my laptop fixed or replaced. I take my laptop on the go most of the time so this plan was worth it for me!

Affordable for the protection. Covers most issues that could arise.

The agents sent out my laptop to be fixed, but as it was going to be more expensive to repair than was worth it, I was refunded for my laptop instead.

Best buy is the only store that i know that they wont fail with their protection plan
