I've had this laptop for almost 2 years now, and I must say I am surprised how well it's still performing. its still cool and no heating issues. It also runs games pretty smoothly. 10/10 must get.

I had an accident with the laptop yoga7i where the screen became detached and this guys managed to fix the laptop i thought i was going to see ever again. What would have been worse to lose a lot of money. Thank best buy and geeksquad

I used Geek Squad on my last computer. Barely made last minute. They kept my computer over the time by over 2 weeks. Then it came back broke still. They gave a gift card in the amount. I got a new computer. I will still use their service but expect a wait. I paid extra to have my package shipped and it arrived later. They did not get back to me about this.

The Geek Squad rep. gave me a candid and quick diagnostic response, and informed me of my options to either replace the laptop at the store I made the purchase at or he could send it to the manufacturer, which would take up to two weeks. Based on this I decided to take it back to the store I first made my purchase in order to replace it. This was the best decision, and I am satisfied.

Almost everything I buy at Best Buy I get the Geek Squad Protection. It has saved me a ton of money. Recently I bought a new laptop and it was defective where the screen detached from the keyboard. I took it into Best Buy and they ordered me a brand new one. Great service, never have to worry about a bad product ever again with the geek squad protection plans!

At one time I wouldn’t purchase the Geek squad’s services, but I did recently. These techs well trained and communicative. They made me feel confident in their abilities and calmed me down when I was frantic that my laptop wasn’t going to work ever again. When it was fixed. They told me in layman‘s terms what the issue was and what to do with the future.

I've always tend to purchase the Accident Protection for all my purchases. Especially useful on purchases for your kids, nieces, nephews as they get a little rough with the products. Just purchased this Accident Protection but Great to have peace of mind that my niece can enjoy this gift for the next 2 years with no worries.

I bought this protecting for my new laptop. What I can say is if you’re an individual who is very safe and cautious with your new technology, this would be unnecessary for you. Also, the company that you buy the laptop from would already give you a year warranty with your purchase of the device. On the other hand, if you tend to accidentally break things or are clumsy in some way, or have bad luck, this would be a great protection for you to have. Also, if your devices tend to break on their own or if anything happens to the screen, you’re covered.

I got on my daughters laptop before she left for school. About a year or so after having the laptop her fan went bad, Was easy to make an appointment to have assessed, they had to send the laptop out for repair. They kept us informed of the status every step of the way. She had t had any issues since getting it back. Can’t imagine what it would have cost if I didn’t have the coverage!

Its always a great buy, my screen got busted and best buy geek squad took care of it and in only 6 days my laptop was as good as new, love this accidental plan warranty, you guys are the best!!!

I can’t say enough bout how good geek squad performance is had laptop which was lagging five years old brought it in had it moving like new laptop only reason purchased new laptop is this one was getting outdated-had many different things fixed through years always had problems resolved. Now free virus protection incorporated into this service

I had a computer that went out and they gave me a gift card for the value. Sometim s geek squad can't do much which can be frustrating and they say things aren't covered or I have to pay for them just to ship it after I paid for the service.

Worth every penny! If you buy a chromebook this is more than worth it. So far the little chromebook has not faired well even with only desk use but this warranty came in clutch for both repairs that needed to happen.

I always have great results purchasing Geek sqaud protection. My brand new computer (refurbished) had a blown speaker. They fixed it and I had my computer back within 2 weeks. I will always add this service because you just never know. Well worth the added cost each time.

Well worth the purchase. My husband dropped my new laptop 5 days after purchase and the screen shattered. Thankfully I purchased the warranty at the same time as the computer. All has been fixed and works well.
