My computer is working great. I have not had to use my accidental Greek Squad protection yet. It gives me peace of mind that I have protection if needed.

Read the fine print. If they decide, at their discretion, to replace the covered item, rather than repair it, they will issue you a store credit for the amount of the original purchase. However, the fine print states that in that case, their obligations for the extended waranty ar3 fully satisfied. Meaning, while you will get a store credit to buy a new device, your new device will not have the extended waranty. If you want that, you will need to pay for it again again. Basically in my case, i prepaid $309 to allow me to return my defective machine after the return period expired. I have a new machine, but i have no extended waranty, and less storage due to pricing and feature differences for in stock items. The terms stated in the simplified description are misleading and i do not recommend this service.

We have used this protection plan numerous times on everything from our laptop to free installation on a new dishwasher. In the end we saved a lot of money.

Had appt to have webroot down loaded on new laptop.i had to wait 25 min. Which took up my hour so tech put webroot on but next appt came & i was dismissed and he never even put my emails on. Not happy!

Excellent job no complaints quick & efficient & very knowledgeable even disposed Of the Box I’ll be sure to have them to install my Next TV.

Definitely something I would consider investing in if you have a laptop. However, I sent my Chromebook in multiple times to fix the touch screen. The times varied and they never fixed my screen.

The Geek Squad protection is sooo good to have, especially if you don't have time to deal with problems from your laptop. You can literally walk in and have your stuff fixed within hours of dropping it off.
