I have not had to use the GEEK SQUAD recently but I'm in the past they have been more than helpful.

Got this for my daughters laptop for college and we haven't had to use it yet. Worked great for my son's laptop he is using in college.

I get this for everything I buy so if anything happens it is covered for repairs and labor
