I couldn’t install office on this computer . I’m not going to give it bad reviews maybe I just couldn’t

If anything this is convenient, however the price seems very high for a service that take a ridiculously long time unless it’s something like a charger replacement and even then it’s an annoying process

When I called about support just for the Sound not working they were not able to fix it. But when I brought it into the store they fixed very easily. The tech support over the phone it seems needs more training

Little on the pricey side compared to buying with them directly or procetion that amazon offers when you buy products.

My laptop was damaged but they couldn’t fix it. So I got a gift card to buy another one

Definitely a must if you buying expensive tech and have children. Having to pay full price all over again because you didn't get a warranty isn't a lesson you want to learn the hard way.

I’m store the employees are top notch but having to send out to the facility for fixes definitely not !

It’s alright but I purchased this warranty for a laptop I wasn’t allowed to return. So it was money wasted.

I had a computer issue and the man that helped me seemed to be confused and had to ask questions from other employees, then I had to leave my computer with them and my box that I left with them with my computer in it was thrown away when I returned to pick it up, not to mention they had my computer for like over 2 months. I had to go into the store and ask about my computer as it had been so long and they checked in the back and my computer was ready, but no one had ever called me to tell me and I had to miss out on a school term since I had no computer.

Don’t get me wrong, I always appreciate a warranty in case something happens. I have typically always purchased a Geek Squad warranty in the past & been happy. It’s just for some reason this time, I have had to return my laptop twice in a row after turning it in gor original repair in July 19, 2022. Both times it came back with a different issue that I didn’t have before and I have to send it back. It is now September. So frustrating!! Not happy!

I took in my Mac M1 to try and get some drivers for my printer that I had purchased for my wife and the members who helped me had no idea what do. I was very disappointed

I bought this to support the HP laptop we just purchased. I normally don't buy extended warranties, but laptops are fragile creatures so I felt it was a good investment. I won't really be able to evaluate the purchase until/unless I make a claim.

A little expensive, but necessary as electronics don't seem to last.

I always get the protection, but rarely need it. it is always piece of mind knowing my device can/will be fixed if it is damaged in the final hour of a warranty.

I have not had to use the Geek Squad or the protection yet so I can't really speak on this. But I have not had an issue with my purchase so I guess that is a good thing.

With so many offers being thrown at your face, how was I supposed to know this was for your computer and NOT for another Best Buy offer??? SMH.

Horrible!!!!!! I never opened until it was too late to return and when I did it wouldn’t keep a charge’ I then took it back to BEST BUY and they made like the battery was good’ I then decided to use it and plugged it in to charge once again cause even when it’s completely off the battery doesn’t keep charge! This time I plugged it in for almost 5 hrs and it never charged up! I hate that I brought it from Best Buy I always had trouble out of their laptops but I listened to my Nephew and brought it and I regret it!!!!
