The laptop was working really well until last week out of nowhere the hinge came off. I’ve never drop it. Only used it for school work. Don’t buy this product.

battery does not stay charged long and the coloring is a bit more reddish than photo companies computers are.

So far so good. Wasn't able to get a manufacturers warranty but was able to add this. Seems like a good deal for laptops.

They couldn’t repair my crashed MacBook so I dropped the service

Why did I pay out the nose for this protection if my laptop is to be misdiagnosed and I'm told I have to send it out for 4-6 weeks to be fixed. 4-6 weeks is an absolutely ridiculous timeframe, if I could go without my laptop that long then I wouldn't even bother getting fixed. Everyone is nice but 4-6 weeks is absurd especially when it is both less than 6 months old and I have purchased the extended warranty

I bought the laptop on 4/25 . I returned it the next day on 4/26. As soon as I powered it on it ran really slow , and gave me the not responding message when trying to go on the internet . Nothing would load . That is ridiculous for it to be the first time I turned the laptop on. I would not recommended at all . The computer did not work . The restarting even took a while . Poorly made.

Haven't had to use it so I really can't say much about it. I don't usually get warranties but did this time.

Purchased because who knows lol but overall does help out

I have not used my geek squad protection my laptop was stolen. It's unfortunate that theft isn't covered or even offered.

terrible service getting the replacement from the warranty. Just received an email that die to the delay they will likely just cancel it which puts us out a computer even though we purchased the warranty

not always the best protection. had a difficult time trying to get a laptop replaced after multiple visits.

Not the best protection plan, but it in theory should work.

Horrible. 3 or more weeks to repair. Sat in the box for a 2 months. Tried to charge and the charge port is bad. Didn’t bother to test before handing back to me. Trying to sell on eBay as they won’t refund my money for unit. Just an unpleasant experience and a promise that was barely kept. The more time wasted the less the item will be worth when eventually listed on eBay.

Not was it, i was having problems and they said they could not fix. Wanted to come out to fix, but would charge me $50.00

An excellent thing to have. I love the protection and all that it covers. This was a great investment.

I bought the plan for our printers and small electronics as those always seem to break and have had amazing support from Best Buy. That's why I got it for the laptop I bought and have had NOTHING but problems with it (it has been in 5 times for the same thing in less then a year) and they talked me into the software protection ( another pricey plan) because they said it was software issues and they still have not gotten it fixed! You can get insurance on a laptop cheaper with your homeowner's insurance and it can last much longer!
