    Called to get help with internet connection but I knew it wasn’t my internet. Tech had me to go in and forget my internet and then go back and reconnect. Then he told me to call 1800 tech number because they may have more info to help me. SMH.

    They fail to tell you that most products are sent out and take as up to month to return to you. The employees tend to be clueless.

    I'm sure the coverage is good, but what really angered me was they couldn't tell me how much it'd cost until I was ringing up my purchase. I know of protection plans from 2 other places that are $100-$130 for 3 yrs. This one was $230!

    Terrible Support; Hidden contract Conditions

    Under the insurance policy, your laptop can be sent Kentucky up to 3 times before they deem the computer un-fixable (not told upfront). Took a month to get computer back before it failed 2x in the first month. Online support is not helpful.

    Over Promise & Under Deliver

    Once my cable company changed it's router, the Best Buy HP laptop's wifi no longer functioned. I paid a total of $104 for a year of Geek Squad help but GOT NONE. The one time I reached someone on the phone, I was told to contact HP. Here's a great tagline for Best Buy & their Weak Squad, "We Over Promise and Under Deliver."

    Not too happy with plan, when i purchased I was told I would get a replacement charger cord if needed (within the year ) just come into the store and they would replace it. low and behold when I tried to replace a damaged cord policy had changed and I had to call tech support Blah blah blah never received my replacement cord.

    Too pricy compared to many other services. They will give you a refurbished device once you turn yours in, eventhough normally you would expect a new device for the money you are paying.

    Wow I called for assistance because my screen went black the Geek Squad guy asked if I had all my wires plugged in correctly on my laptop I then informed him again it was a laptop and only the power cord was plugged in kind of hard to reverse plug it if you understand. Then he wanted to know if my screen Was working after I just told him it was not. Wow! layoff the eggnog. Not happy at the moment.
