They helped me fix my computer which allowed me to countine my work

I wish it was this price for a longer duration of time. People are usually extra careful the first year they have the laptop, it’s after that when things go downhill and by that point it’s too late to use the service

geek squad came in and helped us set everything up and connect everything just how I wanted! Very polite too

I will never NOT buy the protection plan....trust me it is SO WORTH IT! My Microsoft Notebook started having issues and the protection plan took care of it!

They offer repairs for little to know cost, depending on what needs to be repaired. They offer discounts on some purchase's warranty. And etc.

I have had Geek Squad Protection with all of the devices I have bought from Best Buy. I have an issue walk right in with the device and the Geek Squad handles it.

Whenever I make a large investment purchase I make sure to get the protection plan. And Best Buy has held up for me in the past.

This is a must especially with the COVID home schooling. The days of telling kids they can't eat or drink while on the computer is over thanks to home school

Glad I have this service. I had it on the last computer and had to use it due to the screen cracking. I had no issues bringing it in and getting the needed service.

Have not had to use it yet, but therre have been many times with my other devices it would of been nice to have the geek squad, so I am glad I have it now.

Always a great idea to have protection on devices and geeksquad makes it easy if anything happens

Bought to cover my Lenovo Chromebook. Haven't had to use the protection but it's nice knowing I'm covered if anything should happen. Small price to pay for peace of mind.

So far so good, they help you in all they can. Waiting period may be long depending on the service required but they offer excellent service and options

I think it is good but havent used it yet. I forgot I had this and had to pay another company to fix a virus. Wish I had gone through Geek Squad

geek squad can fix and replace electronics with no issue. They swapped my broken Nintendo switch before and I use them for all my electronics cause I have kids at home
