This is the third laptop purchased: one for myself, another as a gift, and another to replace an old laptop. I'll only go to Best Buy.

Our last laptop, an HP, crashed after only 18 months. The Geek Squad helped us recover our data and get it installed on the new replacement (I Dell I also reviewed). We decided to buy the 3-year Geek Squad Protection Plan for the new one as well.
