I believe that buying a warranty for a computer is a wise decision to protect our devices.

This is great for those people that need the added protection and those that don't because you never know. I had to use it even though I never needed it in the past. Damaged the screen by accident and had screen replacement within 5 days. Back to work.

Geek squad has always been an excellent help in the past. I haven't needed it on this purchase though.

Purchased this warranty with the piece of mind that my computer to fully covered if anything were to happen to it. Not much money for piece of mind.

The promise of being able to take my notebook to my local BestBuy when I have an issue is very attractive. I have not had to use it yet and I hope I never will but, if something does go wrong, knowing that BB has my back is comforting.

Love the idea of having computer functionality with little investment. Too easy to use; especially since I'm an android user anyway.

I can use my computer and not worry about dropping it, spilling on it or traveling with it. Chances are if you buy the two-year accidental plan you'll never need to use it. But if you don't buy it you will have an accident with your computer just plan on it! I've never regretted buying the 2 yr plan and it's renewable!

Had a 9 month old HP that the fans cut out on and over heated. Grateful I have the Geek Squad warranty. They came through and replaced my Computer with a another of like kind of quality and price. They back you up if there is a problem in my experience.

Have had to use Geek Squad several times on different items and have been very happy that I bought it. Bought this to put on my granddaughter's computers and I don't have to worry about the because I know they are covered. Worth the extra money.

I love the geek squad! They are always helpful and patient even when I ask a bunch of questions. Asking for the warranty is easy and they don't make you feel bad when something happens to any device. I will no longer buy things without getting their warranty.

The agent in Best Buy was able to examine my new laptop and get it up and running smoothly again. Operating system is as good as new. This added coverage plan is a great way to product your investment.

A solid service that allows repairs on products that you need fixing.

A mist if you have a lot of hazzard environment such as kids, animals or even people who don't pay attention to equipments surrounding's.

Purchased for a Sony Receiver. After 6 months, the receiver would go into protect mode after 5 minutes. I dropped of the receiver for service last month. Still waiting for the repair to complete. So for an extra $55 dollars, I am not sure it is worth it as the repair time is probably no quicker than the factory warranty would be.

When I made an appointment at the Mesa store. The gentleman assisted me in transferring documents from my older Dell to the new Dell and worked smoothly.

I will love to see how can cover my cámara is not working not more from not where so I will go today and see what they can do ☺️ because I need it for my online classes
