Great buy for the price and up to now very good product

[Employee of bestbuy] GSP is great, especially the ADH plans. All accidents are covered.

Have not used yet but received very quickly through email as soon as my purchase was shipped but I heard good things about geek squad warrantees so hopefully there are as good as I was told

They saved me from destroying my brand new computer

Perfect to have for accidents! I feel so much better knowing I have geek squad to help in any emergencies.

Thankfully I haven't had to use this coverage, but I feel very secure in having it. I'm thankful Best Buy offers this level of security with their products.

I've been in Information Technology for 20+ years. I know quite a few things but technology keeps advancing. I also know I have not seen in all of what can go wrong. Comforting to know I have someone I can go to on my new laptop when needed.

Agent was sure to sell us on the advantage of havinf the extra protect warranty.

Best Buy honors the warranty without questions asked. My son had an ASUS gaming computer that had a problem with the battery. They were not able to fix computer so they refunded the total amount we paid so he could purchase a new computer.

Having this is just security knowing if I need it it there, thankfully our products have been amazing and we haven’t had any issues. Best Buy is my go to

I can always depend on the Geek Squad to answer any questions I have about my devices. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and explain things so I can understand things. Being able to make appointments online is very convenient.

I bought the 1yr Protection in case if anything happened to my com, but so far all good.

bought this for coverage on my granddaughters chrome book and it came in very handy when she cracked the screen....repairs were done with no additional cost in about 2 weeks

It is good in case you need help. I didn't need the support so far but I am relaxed. Just in case.

I have not had to use the Geek Squad services yet, however, from experiences of my other family members using them, they are very nice and can solve a variety of issues
